Bien que seul un petit nombre de produits soient retournés en raison de problèmes techniques, chaque unité reconditionnée certifiée est soigneusement inspectée et remise en état afin de répondre aux normes de qualité élevées d'ANTHBOT.

- Son fonctionnement est entièrement testé, et toutes les pièces défectueuses sont remplacées.
- Est soigneusement nettoyé et inspecté ;
- Il est reconditionné avec tous les manuels et accessoires nécessaires dans un nouvel emballage ;
- Soumet un dernier contrôle de qualité avant la vente ;
- Est évalué selon les mêmes procédures de test et directives techniques que les nouveaux produits ANTHBOT ;
- Peut présenter de légères traces d'utilisation, comme de petites rayures. Les retours pour des imperfections esthétiques n'affectant pas le fonctionnement ne seront pas acceptés.

L'installation est très simple et se divise en trois étapes : la configuration du récepteur RTK, l'installation de la station de charge et le raccordement à l'alimentation. Seul le choix de l'emplacement d'installation requiert une attention particulière. Le reste de l'installation prend environ 10 minutes.

Oui, pour que Genie puisse retourner sans problème à sa station de charge, celle-ci doit être installée sur la pelouse. S'il est impossible de l'installer directement sur la pelouse, la station de charge doit être positionnée face à la pelouse, près de sa bordure, et solidement fixée. Ainsi, lorsque Genie retourne à sa station, elle est alignée avec la pelouse.
Genie est équipé du système RTK multibande développé par ANTHBOT, qui assure une réception complète du signal GNSS sur toutes les bandes de fréquences opérationnelles, garantissant des mises à jour en temps réel et une réception d'une stabilité exceptionnelle. À l'inverse, les systèmes RTK bibandes d'autres fabricants ne peuvent recevoir les signaux que d'un nombre limité de bandes de fréquences, ce qui entraîne des pertes de signal plus fréquentes.
Le pack standard de Genie n'inclut pas d'accessoires tels que des rallonges électriques ; par conséquent, le RTK et la station de charge doivent être installés ensemble pour garantir l'alimentation électrique.
Nous proposons deux accessoires pour RTK : rallonges électriques et supports muraux.
Le câble d'extension RTK de 10 m peut être utilisé pour prolonger le câble reliant le RTK à la station de charge.
Le support mural est idéal pour les pelouses où il n'existe pas d'emplacement approprié pour installer le RTK. Vous pouvez fixer le RTK au mur et l'alimenter avec une alimentation externe.
Oui, à condition que la pelouse se trouve dans la zone de couverture du récepteur RTK (environ 300 m de rayon) et que ce dernier soit correctement installé. Cela signifie que la zone au-dessus de la station de base RTK ne doit présenter aucun obstacle dans un rayon de 120 degrés, et que le récepteur doit être installé à au moins 3 mètres de tout obstacle. Si le voyant du signal RTK est vert fixe, l'environnement d'installation est optimal. S'il clignote, l'emplacement d'installation doit être ajusté.
Nous vous recommandons d'utiliser l'application pour le contrôle, car elle offre toutes les fonctionnalités. L'application se connecte initialement au Genie via Bluetooth. Une fois l'appairage effectué, vous devrez connecter l'appareil au Wi-Fi ou à la 4G pour le contrôle à distance et les mises à jour cartographiques. Sans connexion Internet, l'état de l'appareil et les mises à jour cartographiques risquent de ne pas fonctionner correctement.
Vous pouvez utiliser le Wi-Fi ou la 4G pour la connexion réseau, mais seuls les appareils compatibles 4G (tels que les Genie 1000/3000, qui possèdent des cartes 4G intégrées) peuvent utiliser le mode de sécurité.

Heureux propriétaire d'un Robot tondeuse Génie 800, j'ai apprécié la simplicité de configuration pour définir les limites de mon terrain avec la technologie RTK. Le robot effectue un travail nickel et très silencieux. J'ai souscrit également le 4G et comme je n'arrivais pas à comprendre pourquoi le signal ne s'activait pas, j'ai saisi le SAV et j'ai eu très rapidement un soutien avec Yazdan, qui fait le job et ne lache pas le dossier tant que ce n'est pas résolu. J'ai également demandé pour pouvoir acheter une batterie supplémentaire pour mon robot et comme je ne la voyais pas sur le site, il s'est chargé de tout et très rapidement 👍. En conclusion je dois dire que je suis très content de mon achat et n'hésiterai pas à le recommander au besoin même si le centre est basé en Allemagne.

After using the ANTHBOT Genie 600, I can honestly say it has exceeded my expectations. The mower is quiet, precise, and handles my lawn very well. I especially like the smart navigation and the clean mowing result. It has made lawn care much easier, and I am looking forward to using it throughout the season.
This unit was so easy setup and does a great job on my lawns . It has just under half an acre to do and does it in just under 3 hours .Fantastic product have no hesitation in reconmending the 600 unit

I bought 4 Anthbot Genie 600, altho they were not refurbished, but came with a price tag that was unbeatable! Happy and will continue buying more.
I am incredibly happy with my new Genie 1000 robotic lawn mower. I had some initial trouble understanding how to set up the zones, but thanks to excellent support from the team, it is now running perfectly. It provides a very neat cut and follows the programming exactly. The only downside is that it can have difficulty connecting to Wi-Fi and needs to be taken inside for the initial setup.
I’ve been using the Anthbot Genie 600 for about four weeks now and I’m genuinely impressed. It’s doing a fantastic job and has taken a lot of the hassle out of keeping the lawn tidy. Setup was straightforward, it gets on with the job quietly, and the cut is consistently even. I like that I can pretty much forget about it once it’s running — the grass always looks maintained without any effort on my part.
Overall, it feels well built, reliable, and great value for what it delivers. If you’re considering a robotic mower in this size range and want something that just works, the Genie 600 has been a really solid purchase for me.
I am very satisfied with the product’s performance. The grass is cut perfectly, and the robot has never gotten stuck.
However, I was somewhat disappointed with how the issue regarding the deformed connector was handled. The service team recommended reshaping it with pliers, which did resolve the immediate problem, but I remain concerned about the long-term quality and reliability of the connector after it has been reshaped and squeezed.

Just wanted to share my experience in case anyone is on the fence about upgrading to a wireless RTK mower. For the last few years, I’ve been running a Husqvarna Automower 305. Don’t get me wrong, it’s a solid, reliable machine and it got the job done. But I was getting so tired of the random "pinball" mowing pattern, and tracking down a break in the perimeter wire after aerating or edging was driving me insane.
I finally decided to bite the bullet and switch to the Anthbot Genie 600, and the difference is night and day.
The fact that I can select the zone is a game changer.
I really like this mower so far and can’t recommend it more.

Easy to startup, easy to configure zones, and easy to operate. The app it's very handly and useful, the only thing that people from Anthbot forgot is to give us access to see what the robot is seen, that's will be outstanding.
I love my Genie 3000. I dont run it on a rough terrain, but still the edge cutting can be tricky, because there is a small difference between the grass and mulch. It can sometimes stuck but most of the time can figure out by itself to continue. One only problem is sometimes there is an error like "Device suspended in the air" apperantly without any reason and need to give it my pin code. For now I can live with it but I will try to remap soon or maybe it will be solved by software update. My RTK antenna has good signal, its mounted on wall. I love the garage too, everything has good quality. I like the features, I'm using it with Home Assistant and change the cut degree with every start. With automation I can set any special condition to start. I like I can set the cut height from app. I bought the 3000 (oversized it), because wanted to cut with single charge, without being battery flat. I setup the whole map with pathways and can decide with no go zones if I dont want to let it cut somewhere. My whole area is about 520m2 and finishes with about half of the battery. Rain sensor is not tested yet, because the conditions for rain in Home Assistant too. It was easy to setup, I liked the whole process. Keep up the good work, it's almost perfect for me!
