ANTHBOT Rewards Program Terms and Conditions
Effective Date: September 1, 2025. By participating after the effective date, you agree to the following terms:
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to the ANTHBOT Rewards Program. Members of this program can earn points (“ANTHBOT Points”) by purchasing eligible online products and participating in online activities at eu.anthbot.com (collectively, the “ANTHBOT Store”). These points can be redeemed for specific products in the ANTHBOT Store. Products purchased through third-party websites (including but not limited to Amazon, eBay, and other third-party platforms) or offline purchases of ANTHBOT products are currently not eligible for earning points.
Membership Eligibility
1. Free Membership
You can join the ANTHBOT Rewards Program for free, but you must create an account in the ANTHBOT Store. Please refer to our Privacy Policy to understand how the information you provide to us will be used. To be eligible for the ANTHBOT Rewards Program, you must create an account in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
You are eligible to create an account if you are an adult in your country/region, have internet access, and possess a valid mailing address. If you choose to create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account, username, and password, and for restricting access to your account.
You are responsible for ensuring that the information you provide is current, complete, accurate, and truthful. You agree to be fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account, username, and/or password. You agree to provide only current, complete, accurate, and truthful information.
If you access and use the website on behalf of another person, you represent that you have the authority to bind that person to all the terms and conditions provided herein. To the extent you have such authority, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and to be responsible for any misuse of the website or any damage resulting from such access or use.
Each person is allowed only one membership account. If multiple accounts are found, all points will be forfeited, and the individual’s participation in the Rewards Program will be terminated.
2. How to Join the ANTHBOT Rewards Program
Visit the ANTHBOT Store and register as a website user. Click here to go directly to the registration page. You will need to provide your email address and password. You may also choose to subscribe to our newsletter. Once you submit the required information, your account will be successfully created, and you will be enrolled in our program.
3. How to Access/Update Your Membership Information
You must keep the personal information in your account up to date. To do so, click on the “My Account” section and enter your registered email address and current password to access your account. You can view your account information and update your profile through the dashboard.
4. How to Cancel Your Membership
You may cancel your account at any time. To do so, send an email to support.eu@anthbot.com with “Cancel Membership” in the subject line. The email must be sent from the address currently associated with your Rewards Program account in our system.
If you no longer have access to that email address, please contact our customer service team. We will verify your status and proceed with canceling your account. Once your account is canceled, you will no longer be a member, and any unused or unredeemed
ANTHBOT Points in your account will be forfeited and cannot be redeemed. All VIP levels will also be revoked. Unless otherwise specified for redemption, ANTHBOT Points have no cash value beyond their redemption value on the website.
5. Limitation of Liability
Each person is allowed to have only one account. Information and points from different accounts within the same store cannot be merged, and accounts, points, or point usage across stores in different countries/regions also cannot be combined. Points are non-transferable and may not be used by anyone other than the account holder. ANTHBOT Points accumulated by different members in separate accounts cannot be combined or used collectively for purchasing products or any other purposes.
ANTHBOT Points Rules
1. ANTHBOT Rewards Program History
ANTHBOT shopping points earned before September 16, 2025, will be automatically converted to the new ANTHBOT Store Membership Rewards Program and can continue to be used normally.
2. New ANTHBOT Rewards Program
The ANTHBOT Rewards Program will officially launch on September 16, 2025. ANTHBOT Points earned after this date will be subject to the terms and conditions of the new Rewards Program. Earning ANTHBOT Points
1. General Rules
To earn ANTHBOT Points, you must be logged into your account. You can check your login status at any time by clicking the user icon in the top right corner of the website.
2. Interaction Points
- Members can earn ANTHBOT Points through the following activities:
- Registering an account at the ANTHBOT Store (one-time reward)
- Following ANTHBOT official social media accounts (one-time reward)
- Providing birthday information to receive a birthday reward (annual reward)
- Annual account rewards (annual reward)
3. Shopping Points
Members can earn ANTHBOT Points by purchasing eligible online products at the ANTHBOT Store. Shopping points are credited after the order is completed. You must be logged into your account to earn points for eligible purchases.
Points Rate: Members earn 1 ANTHBOT Point for every $1 spent (in other words, $100 spent earns 100 ANTHBOT Points). Points are calculated based on the order subtotal after discounts. ANTHBOT Points are rounded to the nearest whole number. For example, a $99.99 purchase earns 100 points, while a $99.19 purchase earns 99 points.
4. Bonus Points for Specific Promotions/Events
The ANTHBOT Store may periodically launch special promotional events that offer members additional points rewards. During these promotions, members can earn extra ANTHBOT Points according to the specific rules.
By purchasing specially marked products or shopping during designated points reward promotions, you will receive bonus points for each item. The exact number of points will be specified in the promotion details. Promotions offering additional points are subject to the terms and conditions of the respective promotion, and the ANTHBOT Store may make adjustments based on the specifics of each promotion.
5. Limitation of Liability
A. Members can earn ANTHBOT Points only based on the purchase price of eligible online products. Points are not calculated on shipping fees or any taxes paid by the member (including, but not limited to, federal, state, local, or use taxes). Any discounts or other deductions related to products or services are not eligible for points accumulation. For example, if an item originally priced at $100 is sold for $50, points are earned only on the $50 purchase price. Purchases made using gift cards, coupon redemptions, post-sale payments, or any type of price adjustment (e.g., price differences) are not eligible for ANTHBOT Points.
B. The following purchases are not eligible for earning ANTHBOT Points:
(1) Products purchased online without the member being logged into ANTHBOT or without their account being linked to the online account.
(2) ANTHBOT products purchased outside the ANTHBOT Store.
(3) Wholesale retailers are not eligible to participate in the Rewards Program.
C. The rules for earning ANTHBOT Points may change due to promotional events or product launches. Such rules are determined solely by ANTHBOT and may vary across different events.
Redeeming ANTHBOT Points
1. How to Use Your ANTHBOT Points
The use of ANTHBOT rewards must comply with the Terms and Conditions described herein. ANTHBOT rewards can only be redeemed online at the ANTHBOT Store. You can view redeemable products on the member page or by clicking here.
2. How to Redeem Your ANTHBOT Points
A. What is a reward? Rewards typically include ANTHBOT discount codes, products (including physical gifts or ANTHBOT accessories), and gift cards (ANTHBOT or third-party gift cards) that you can redeem using the corresponding points in your ANTHBOT rewards account. Some rewards may only be valid during specific periods. Redemption rules may change due to promotions or product launches without prior notice.
B. How to redeem ANTHBOT Points？ Log in to your ANTHBOT Store account. Go to the “ANTHBOT Rewards” page and select the reward you wish to redeem. ANTHBOT Points will be deducted simultaneously with the redemption process. Rewards are available while supplies last or within specific time periods, and quantities may be limited.
C. Some rewards may be subject to additional terms and conditions, which will be provided at the time the reward is issued. Rewards are non-refundable, non-returnable, and have no cash value. Please read the terms of each reward carefully and review details before confirming the redemption of any ANTHBOT Points.
D. Types of Rewards You Can Redeem
(1) Discount Code: Once you confirm the redemption of ANTHBOT Points, you will receive a one-time discount code. This code can be applied to purchases at the ANTHBOT Store. Simply copy and paste the code at checkout to use it.
- Only one discount code can be used per order.
- Some coupons may not apply to certain products.
- Some coupons may have minimum purchase amounts or quantity restrictions.
- Certain coupons may only be valid during specific periods and may expire if not used in time.
- Any reward discount applied to an order will be proportionally allocated to the applicable products if a return occurs.
(2) Products/Gifts
Select the product you wish to redeem with ANTHBOT Points and click “Redeem Now.”
- Once you confirm the redemption, the system will prompt you to enter your shipping address on the checkout page to generate the order.
- Some products may require shipping fees; please refer to the relevant rules when redeeming.
- After the reward is shipped, you will receive a shipping notification with a tracking number.
- Due to limited quantities, once you confirm the redemption of ANTHBOT Points, the reward cannot be canceled, returned, or exchanged.
- If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact ANTHBOT Customer Service at support.eu@anthbot.com within 7 days of receiving the product.
We encourage you to redeem your ANTHBOT Points to fully enjoy the benefits of the ANTHBOT Rewards Program, including discounts, products, and more. Specific rewards may be limited and are available while supplies last. ANTHBOT reserves the right to modify, suspend, restrict, or replace rewards at any time without prior notice. The method and timing of reward fulfillment are determined solely by ANTHBOT.
Redemption Terms and Conditions
1. Returns and Refunds
If a purchase is returned, canceled, refunded, declined on a credit card or gift card, or subject to any other credit adjustment, the ANTHBOT Points earned from the original transaction—including any applicable bonus ANTHBOT Points—will be deducted from your account.
2. Discount Code Validity
Discount codes obtained when redeeming ANTHBOT Points are valid for 48 hours. If payment is not completed within 48 hours after applying the points, the discount code will expire, and the corresponding points will not be returned.
3. Discount Code Application Restrictions
If fraudulent, abusive, or other unfair use of points to discount order amounts is detected, we reserve the right to cancel your order.
4. Rewards Cannot Be Canceled
Once your ANTHBOT Points are redeemed, the reward (discount or product) is allocated, and we cannot cancel the redemption or reapply the points to your ANTHBOT Rewards account.
5. Limitation of Liability
- Reward discount codes cannot be used in conjunction with other discount codes.
- ANTHBOT Points cannot be applied to past orders.
- Points earned from an order cannot be redeemed in the same order.
- Redeemed ANTHBOT Points cannot be retroactively applied to any past orders.
- ANTHBOT Points have no cash value outside the ANTHBOT Store and are limited to members in good standing.
- If membership is canceled, rewards will become invalid and cannot be shipped.
- The entire redemption process must be completed within the valid membership period.
Interpretation and Right to Amend
ANTHBOT reserves the right to modify the ANTHBOT redemption terms and conditions at any time to meet member needs or adjust business priorities. You should review these terms periodically to stay informed of any changes. ANTHBOT may, at its discretion, amend any term and publish the revised terms. Your participation in rewards or other activities after the effective date of the revised terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. Referral Program
1. How the Referral Program Works
Members of the ANTHBOT Store can participate in the “Refer a Friend” program, which is governed by these Terms and Conditions. The program is designed to reward our registered members for inviting friends and family to shop at the official ANTHBOT Store. Both the referrer and the referred friend will receive ANTHBOT Points as a reward for a successful referral.
How to Participate:
- You must be logged into your ANTHBOT Store account.
- Go to the referral page or click here to get your unique referral link and share it with your friends or family.
- When a friend you referred uses your link to make their first purchase at the ANTHBOT Store, both you and your referred friend will receive the corresponding ANTHBOT reward points.
You may refer any number of friends, but we do not recommend sharing your referral link with strangers, as this may cause misunderstandings
2. Ensuring a Successful Referral
- Qualified Registration Referral: A qualified referral is when the referred customer registers for the first time on the ANTHBOT website. The referred customer should register on the same regional site as the referrer. For example, if the referrer joined the referral program on the EU. site (https://eu.anthbot.com/), the referred customer must also register on the EU. online store (https://eu.anthbot.com/). Each person can only be referred once. If the same person is referred multiple times, only the first registration counts as a qualified registration referral.
- Qualified Purchase Referral: A qualified purchase referral is when the referred customer makes their first order within 30 days after registration. The total order amount must exceed a minimum threshold (excluding discounts, shipping fees, returns, canceled transactions, and any applicable third-party fees), and the order must be placed and shipped within the same region or country as the referrer. For example, if the referrer is on the EU. site (https://eu.anthbot.com/), the referred customer must register and make a purchase on the EU. online store (https://eu.anthbot.com/). A 10% coupon can only be used at the same store (https://eu.anthbot.com/).
- Situations That May Result in Referral Failure:
- If the customer clicks the referral link but makes the purchase from a different IP address or user agent, the referral will not be credited.
- If the minimum purchase amount is reached but part of the payment was made using a coupon, it will not count toward a successful referral. The minimum purchase must be paid in cash and through the redemption option.
- A referral is only completed if the minimum purchase amount is met during the first purchase through the referral link. The minimum cannot be combined across multiple orders. Any of the above situations may prevent you from earning referral points.
General Rules
To ensure fairness, self-referrals are strictly prohibited, including using the same email address, IP address, or browser session as the referred person. Any manipulation or abuse of the referral program, such as creating fake accounts, making fraudulent purchases, or using bots or automated scripts to generate referrals, is strictly forbidden. Sharing referral links containing inappropriate, offensive, or harmful content is prohibited. Providing misleading or false information about the referral program, such as exaggerating rewards or terms, is also prohibited. Non-compliant referrals will be considered invalid.
If any abuse, fraud, or violation of these Terms and Conditions is detected, ANTHBOT reserves the right to adjust or suspend accounts and revoke referral rewards.
