With our rewards program, you can earn points by shopping and participating in activities. Points can be redeemed for discounts or products. You can also earn extra rewards by sharing, following us, leaving reviews, and celebrating your birthday or anniversary.
After logging in, go to the “ANTHBOT Rewards” page, choose a reward, and redeem your points. Points and rewards may have an expiration date. For details, please refer to the Rewards Program Terms.
Our points, coupons, and free products/gifts have no cash value. Points are non-transferable and may not be sold. We reserve the right to terminate accounts in cases of any abuse of this program.
You can view your account information on the Rewards Program page or under “My Account.”
No. Each person can only have one account, and points or accounts from different stores cannot be merged.
ANTHBOT may cancel, modify, suspend, or restrict the Rewards Program, your account, or rewards at any time, including changes to point redemption or expiration policies.
Once you become an ANTHBOT member, you can earn points by completing designated tasks on our official website. Please note that points can only be earned and redeemed in the ANTHBOT official store.
There are two types of crediting times:
① Quick Credit: For tasks designated on our official website (such as registration, subscription, adding your birthday, or warranty extension), points will be credited within 24 hours.
② Delayed Credit: Shopping points will be credited once the order is completed. Please make sure you are logged in before placing your order.
Please note that pending points cannot be used to redeem offers on the official website.

ANTHBOT points are valid for 365 days from the date they are credited. Points earned before the official launch will expire 365 days after being issued. Points earned after the official launch will expire 365 days after being unlocked. Expired points will be deducted from your account.
Yes! The ANTHBOT Membership Program will officially launch on October 1, 2025. From September 1, 2024, if you register as an ANTHBOT member, you can earn the corresponding points for purchases made on the ANTHBOT official website.
Points do not include shipping fees, taxes (including federal, state, or local taxes), discounts, credits, gift cards, coupons, or price adjustments (such as product price differences).
Any canceled, refunded, or returned order will offset or reduce the points earned from that purchase. Points will also be deducted for partial refunds due to price adjustments.
If you have points balances on different ANTHBOT official websites, the points will be displayed separately on each site. Points can only be redeemed on the site where they were earned and cannot be merged across regions.
After logging into your ANTHBOT account, go to the Rewards Program page, browse all available rewards, and click the “Redeem” button for the reward you choose.
After redemption, you will receive an order confirmation email. Once the redeemed product is shipped, you will receive a shipping notification email with a tracking number.
Log in to your account and visit the Rewards Program page. Under “Points History,” you can view your redemption history.
In most cases, we provide free shipping for redeemed products. However, you may need to pay shipping fees for certain items.
Once redeemed, rewards cannot be canceled. Rewards cannot be returned or exchanged. If the product arrives damaged, please contact customer service at support@anthbot.com within 7 days.
Log in to the ANTHBOT Rewards Program, get your unique referral link, and share it with your friends. Your friends need to click your referral link to register.
Any user who has not subscribed to ANTHBOT and has not been referred by another promoter is considered a valid referral. If they subscribe to ANTHBOT through your unique referral link, they will receive a new customer discount coupon. Coupon details will be sent via the subscription email. If a referral receives multiple referral links from different promoters, they can only claim a reward through one link, and it will be tied to that promoter. Once rewarded, they cannot earn rewards from other referral links.
If a referred friend makes their first purchase of over $500 through your unique referral link within 30 days, and the order remains valid (no refunds or partial refunds dropping below $500) for 30 days after shipment, you will earn 2,000 points. There’s no limit — the more people you refer, the more rewards you earn.
When you become eligible for a reward, you will receive a notification email. Please follow the instructions in the email to claim your reward under “My Account” → “My Referrals.” Rewards are only activated and start their validity period after being claimed. Please claim your reward within 180 days of issuance, otherwise the reward will expire and will not be reissued.

No, you can only earn one purchase reward per referral. However, you can invite more friends to subscribe and make purchases to earn unlimited rewards.
ANTHBOT reserves the right to suspend or terminate the referral program or a user’s participation at any time for any reason.
If ANTHBOT identifies any activity deemed abusive, fraudulent, or in violation of the Terms of Service, the user’s account may be suspended, and referral rewards may be revoked.
ANTHBOT will review all referrals and reserves the right to suspend accounts or revoke referral eligibility that it considers unfair or inappropriate.
