ANTHBOT M5

I’ve been using the ANTHBOT M5 RTK for about two weeks, and overall I’m very satisfied with it.

The RTK positioning is excellent. It usually tracks more than 30 satellites, and the mowing paths are very accurate. The mower is fast, quiet, and the app is easy to use.

I noticed visible stripes when mowing in only one direction. However, after changing the mowing pattern to cross mowing (horizontal and vertical), the lawn looks much better and the stripes disappeared.

The mower saves me a lot of time because it works completely on its own, and I no longer have to mow the lawn manually.

Overall, I think the ANTHBOT M5 is a great robotic mower, and I would recommend it to anyone looking for an RTK mower.

Good little mower, really exceeded expectations. Start up was really quick, but after some training, optimal mowing map was made.

Works well. No problems. Manage to cut difficult slopes, easy to make changes from app

So far, so good. Setup was quite easy, though I had to think through the steps. Support (since I can't place the charging dock on my lawn for security reasons) has been helpful. Adding the no-go zones manually has worked well. My biggest issue is that on a 220 m2 lawn, the robot must charge three times to complete the job. I am now on the second cut at 65 mm, having started at 70 mm. I hope that as I reduce this to 30, the charge will last longer.

Can't imagine having a 230m2 garden with grass without a robotic mover these days. First setup quick and easy, just follow the instructions. Takes around 6-7 hours to move the lawn in two directions, two or three recharges needed. Still figuring out how to tackle edges and concrete tiles so they get cut perfectly. Small flower beads (10-15cm height with wooden wall) quite a lot of space (30-40cm) is left uncut so need learn how to get these done. Overall happy with the buy!

I purchased the Anthbot M5 together with the garage, and after several weeks of use I can honestly say that it has completely changed the way I think about robotic lawn mowers.

Before the M5, I used a traditional robot mower with a boundary wire. Compared to that system, the Anthbot M5 is on a completely different level. The installation was much easier, there is no need to deal with damaged wires, and creating or adjusting mowing zones is incredibly simple.

One of my favorite features is the ability to start the mower remotely from anywhere. Being able to check its location and monitor its work in real time on the map is something I never knew I needed until I had it. Now I use it all the time and would not want to go back to a conventional system.

The garage is also a great addition, providing extra protection from sun and rain while keeping the mower looking clean and well maintained.

Overall, I am extremely satisfied with this purchase and would recommend the Anthbot M5 without hesitation. In fact, I am so happy with it that two other members of my family decided to buy one after seeing mine in action. A 100% recommended product.

Such a surprise! The Anthbot M5 RTK works very well for me. It was easy to set up, only took me a few minutes, and since then it cuts the grass great. Still learning to fine-tuning it, but already very positive experience with the product.

Fantastic robot. Really clever and managed my difficult garden of around 800m2. Very easy set up and has worked brilliantly. Couldn’t recommend highly enough.

Overall a great machine, would recommend it to anyone who wants a wireless cutter.
Some downsides as well:
-it leaves little uncut space between the lines and close to walls occasionally (need to activate twice for best results, but takes x2 time as well).
-could not fully understand directional moving, tried several adjustments, always different result but never 90 degrees. Example: 90' degrees cut according to what? Wall? Northern direction? Station?
-some random errors (finished charging but could not find the dock; other time when starting mowing, left the dock 5m and just stood on the ground with no errors)
- no "close to edge" mowing for no-go zones (leaves about 10-15cm uncut)
- if you unplug it, all the maps are lost. Need to backup and restore from backup each time.
Hopefully these can be fixed with app updates.

-can't just wash bottom, need to clean between the blades and the disk, otherwise blades won't rotate.
-the charging could've been a bit faster

Hi! I've use the product 2 weeks now. It does his job amazing! Really love it. As i got thel latest firmware update on the product, it solves lots of bugs. Like 4G, and others. Im really satisfied. One thing, maybe i see that the baldes lost their sharpness in 2 weeks, but im not sure.

Great product offered! I was surprised, how smart.

The Anthbot M5 does it's job well enough, when there are no obstacles.
I'll start with the positive part:
- the installation is pretty easy
- the mapping (only tried manually) is pretty easy
- scheduling works, and it starts when it's supposed to
- when it rains, it automatically goes back to the dock/cancels/postpones (3hours according to the app) the job
- it covers my yard pretty well (the edges are a little left out, trimmer needed)
Now for the negative part:
- unfortunately for it, I have a children's trampoline, which stumbles it. The support of the trampoline has a "w" shape, and unfortunately the little robot does'nt see the middle in the grass, so it assumes it can get over it, but it often does not, so it gets stuck sometimes
- the application does not store any logs, or at least the path it went last job/start, you can only see where it has been if you keep the app open - if you get out of the app and return to it, it shows you the path traveled starting when you re-entered the app
- also the mobile app does not notify you for issues, it only notifies you if you check it/open it
- 4g plan is not included (for a couple of months at least) although it was advertised - wifi works well in my yard, but nevertheless, it would have been nice to test it
- a thing that bothered me a bit, is that the robot must start mapping from the charging station, and you cannot put the charging station under a roof, because the gps signal is not ok - but if you map and move the station afterwards,the robot finally finds it's way (i suppose via it's cameras) to the charging station
- also another allegedly known issue from the mobile app - you can design zones, and you can also design "no go" zones. For the zone creation, you draw a rectangle, resize it, rotate it and name it, well enough. For the "no go" zone, you cannot rotate it. That means you can only draw "no go" zones in the same direction, and you cannot workaround it, if your "no go" zone is not almost perfectly alligned with the north, south, east and west.

Conclusion:
All and all, I would hope that the mobile app hiccups will improve, if the edge trimming part also gets better, then it would definitely become a best buy. As the price is significantly lower then other options, it still is a good choice, depending on what/where you need it.

Great mower dose exactly as it says. Worked straight out of the box simple set up via the Anthbot app. Very fast delivery from time of order. Great to get the lawns in good order. Very pleased with purchase.

I have a smaller yard with a lot of flower beds and tight corners, and the Anthbot M5 handles it perfectly. Because it’s smaller than the M9, it can zip into spots where larger robots might struggle to turn around. Like the rest of the line, the no-wire setup is a dream. I mapped my entire yard just by 'driving' it like an RC car in the app.
