Return and Refund Policy

For Returns within 14 days:

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party nominated by you who is not the carrier has taken possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (ANTHBOT GER GmbH, Bussardweg 4, 41468 Neuss, Germany, Phone: (+49) 800-000-9518, Email: support.eu@anthbot.com) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send your notification of exercising your right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

 

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the costs of standard delivery (excluding any additional costs arising if you chose a delivery method other than our least expensive standard delivery option), without undue delay and no later than fourteen (14) days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract.

We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. You will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the returned goods or until you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever occurs first.

You must send back or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and, in any event, no later than fourteen (14) days from the day on which you notify us of your withdrawal. The deadline is met if you dispatch the goods before the fourteen-day period has expired.

We will bear the costs of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

We hope you're delighted with your order. We understand that sometimes you would like a refund or a replacement. As long as an item fits the requirements in this policy, we will offer the service for you.

Cancellation

Before Shipment

For in-stock products, orders may be canceled free of charge before the order has been shipped.

For pre-order products, orders may be canceled before production or shipment begins, subject to any product-specific pre-order terms published on the ANTHBOT Store.

After Shipment

If your order has already been shipped, we will make reasonable efforts to intercept the shipment. If the interception is unsuccessful, you may refuse delivery or contact our customer support to arrange a return in accordance with our Return Policy.

Once the returned product has been received (or where applicable, the shipment has been successfully intercepted), we will process your refund using your original payment method.

To help us resolve your request as quickly as possible, please contact our customer support before initiating a payment dispute with your payment provider. Opening a chargeback may delay the refund process while the payment provider investigates the case.

Order Delivered

  • Please send an email to support.eu@anthbot.com. We will help you with your return or replacement process as soon as possible.
  • The product must fit the Conditions of Return and Replacement below.

Returns Requirements

We accept returns of products. Customers have the right to apply for a return within 30 calendar days after delivery of the product.
Returns Due to Product Quality Issues:
No return shipping fees apply. We cover shipping costs and process refunds after receiving returned items.
Returns for Non-Quality-Related Reasons:
You are responsible for return shipping charges, based on your courier selection. Costs resulting from incorrect shipping addresses or recipient refusal upon delivery will be borne by you.
Note:
  • Please use the original packaging or pack the product according to the packaging recommended by ANTHBOT, and return all accessories together. (If you return an order purchased during a promotion, you need to return the gift package or bundled gift package together).
  • After submitting the return request, you can choose either "exchange" or "refund" based on your personal needs.
  • If the items returned to the warehouse are found to have been used or damaged, we have the right to refuse the return. The specific handling measures need to be negotiated with our customer service (support.eu@anthbot.com).

Refunds

After you have returned the product to our warehouse and provided us the shipping information, we will refund you within 15 business days, and the refund will be returned to you through the original payment method. You will be notified by email when your order is refunded. If you have not received the refund after 15 business days, please contact us at support.eu@anthbot.com.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received a refund yet, first check your bank account again, then contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you have done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at support.eu@anthbot.com.
