- Submit Repair Request Select the product model you wish to apply for repair and describe your issue in detail. We will generate a repair order for you.
- Dispatch Your Product After submitting the information, you will receive an email containing a shipping label to provide to the logistics provider when sending your product.
- Inspection and Repair Once your product arrives at the ANTHBOT Repair Center, our professional team will inspect the issue and perform repairs in accordance with the warranty terms. If additional costs are required, we will send you a repair quotation.
- Product Returned After the repair is completed, the ANTHBOT Repair Center will return the product to the address you provided and supply you with a logistics tracking number.
